3. Subscriptions & Trials

If a free trial is offered, no payment will be charged during the trial period. Once a paid plan begins, refunds are not provided unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing.

Refunds may be considered in limited cases, such as:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical errors directly attributable to our system
Important: Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and may lead to service suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
